Pregnancy

During your pregnancy, I will see you for:

• Your initial booking-in appointment

• 5-12 long antenatal appointments (depending on individual care)   

• Pregnancy care plan (28 weeks) 

• Home visit to ensure it is suitable for a home birth & getting to know the second midwife (36 weeks).

As an endorsed midwife, I can order ultrasounds, blood tests, prescribe medications & provide referrals to specialists. This means you do not have to go to your GP or a hospital, unless required.

Time period: Anytime between 4-20 weeks for your first appointment through to birth.
